Pizza-Flation

NYT today takes a look at the way rising ingredient prices are affecting the pizza industry. It's a fairly boilerplate article. Next week... how rising ingredient prizes are affecting the pancake industry! But anyway, I thought I'd mention it, because last night in between bars, I snapped this picture  inside Ana Maria's pizza place in Williamsburg. Yep, they actually posted an article about wheat prizes, right there in the store. In other words: Yeah we're charging $2.50 for a slice; there's a reason for it. Fine by me. Better this than getting sub-standard fare, like I recently had at another local institution. Plus, there's a benefit to more econ articles posted inside restaurants, no?
