Rising borrowing costs for stadiums increases pressure on National Football League owners to opt out of a labor agreement with players, Commissioner Roger Goodell
Goodell said in a news conference at the league's annual meeting that the collapse in the credit market is one factor increasing costs for owners even as the two-year-old collective bargaining agreement gives players a greater share of revenue. The New York Giants are paying rates as high as 22 percent on their stadium bonds while states such as Louisiana are paying 12 percent on debt to subsidize NFL stadiums.

ティンバーランド環境省によると、3県のがれきの推計量は6日現在で2265万トン。うち1509万トンが仮置き場に置かれたままだ。3県が県内の施設で処理する分を除く他府県への受け入れ要請量は計395万トンに上る。
