Adsense Thing. Never Seen This Before

Adsensething I don't really care much about Adsense revenue, which is why I keep my ad box below the scroll, but I did notice something interesting just now that I've never seen before. Check out those arrows next to the "Ads by Google". When I clicked on 'em, I was able to see a different set of ads than the ones shown. Anyone seen this before? Was just curious, because it doesn't always show up when I'm on the page.

Also, I don't think Warren Buffett is lame, and I suspect anyone trying to "invest like a Billionaire" will probably regret it.

Those arrows show up at times on my blog. I've noticed them recently but no nothing else about them. Perhaps Google is testing something?
