Shirtswithcollars To which famous econopundit do the shirts in the painting belong?  I'm not asking you to name someone who wears shirts that look like these, but to name the person who actually wears the shirts that are in this painting.  Please put the answer in the comments -- bonus points if you "show your work" (i.e. explain how you arrived at your answer).

Jim Cramer. All the sleeves are rolled up (except the French cuffs) and from what I can tell all the collars a spread and look like they've been worn unbuttoned for some length of time.

While I agree that the rolled sleeves have a very "Cramer" character to them, the blue striped shirt looks like Larry Kudlow may still be hiding in it somewhere.

That being the case, I am going to split the philosophical distance and say Paul Krugman, who only occasionally has to wear suits and be on TV, so his regular wardrobe can afford to be a little on the rumpled side.

My bet is Larry Kudlow. I read somewhere that he wears Turnbull & Asser shirts and the blue stripe with white collar and French cuffs looks like one of theirs. Just a guess.
