Brownstoner.com, a blog dedicated to Brooklyn real estate is both a symptom of the Real Estate bubble, and a watcher of it.  Either way, good of them to call out the nonsense on some overpriced real estate in "Brooklyn's"*  trendy Williamsburg Neighborhood.

*For the 99% of Brooklyn's residences would scarcely recognize this neighborhood as part of the borough, seeing it as basically an appendage to Manhattan's East Village.
